Anyone can be an active bystander. We train people to intervene skillfully in potentially harmful situations. When people feel empowered to intervene as bystanders, it creates a positive culture that deters harmful behaviour.

Bystander intervention is a critical component in creating a more equal world: harmful systems and cultures are built from every-day interactions. We can spark change in these systems by changing the ways we relate to each other today - by changing the behaviours and talk we celebrate, and what we refuse to let pass.

Our Misson Statement

We offer bespoke bystander training, designed and delivered by experts in anti-oppressive pedagogy, social psychology and law. Our programmes encourage transformative culture change to address and prevent discriminatory behaviours and the systemic inequalities they make possible.
